
I was able to get Help Desk to work yesterday, but it has since stopped loading. I had it, but when I had to send it in, I was unable to get that information backed up to my external hard drive. I have no clue as to the installation sequence. I need to reinstall all of my drivers - again. It is supposed to be VR Ready, but prior to purchasing the equipment, the test showed that it is not VR Capable. The system overheats and is once again blowing out my aftermarket Microsoft and Adobe software. I have to reinstall all of the drivers again, as they are once again, getting blown out. My KILLER CONTROL is not working at all again. Now, once again, all of my drivers are getting blown out. I had this in the shop only in January, as I recall. The first one had to be replaced after only a week.

I really need help! This is the 2nd GE62VR Apache Pro 822 that I have had since December 2018.
